FEMA whistleblowers have exposed that agency higher-ups are FORCING them to stand down and not letting them help Americans, while the Democrat media claims it’s all just “misinformation.”
Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) spoke with several FEMA insiders who revealed that agency heads are holding them back from actually being able to help anybody affected by the recent hurricanes that have ravaged the southeast.
Gaetz said that FEMA bosses have intentionally refused to give orders to force agents to just sit on their hands and watch as people continue to struggle in their recovery effort.
While speaking with conservative podcaster Benny Johnson, Gaetz explained, “They’re not getting clear direction from their own leadership, and then they’re watching all the cost associated with the mobilization, but not the result… This is not the fault of the FEMA workers, they actually love their fellow Americans and want to help them.”
As for the reason WHY FEMA leadership is doing this? Gaetz suggested that the Democrats are behind it!
“Is it purposeful delay? Because, actually for Democrats, it would be nice if 10,000 people didn’t come home in Valdosta, Georgia and were spread all over the country disparate in their ability to cast a vote.”
In a separate interview with conservative podcaster Charlie Kirk, Gaetz noted that FEMA employees “aren’t given orders about whether or not to set up a soup kitchen, or clear up a roadway, or assist with some local enterprise to keep people safe.”
“And then, when folks are engaged in that good neighborly conduct, at times the bureaucracy is actually impairing the delivery of water and diapers and other essentials… Also it seems as if FEMA is both out of money and flushed with cash at the same time in a really weird way,” he added.
FEMA is capable of helping, but its leaders are REFUSING to let their people do that because they don’t want to help these predominantly red parts of the country.
Meanwhile, the agency has been claiming that any criticisms of their hurricane response are merely “rumors.” They even launched a “Hurricane Rumor Response” page to fight off criticism by branding it as “misinformation.”
They have also put out statements demanding that people “do their part to stop the spread of rumors.” Clearly the agency is more concerned with preserving their own image than they are with actually helping people.
And then of course, the Democrat loyalists in the mainstream media are insisting that reports criticizing FEMA are merely “misinformation” – doing their part to help the feds fight off the critics.
Outlets like the Wall Street Journal have tried to paint FEMA as an agency led by heroes who are “fighting falsehoods” to “save lives.”
Newsweek went on the offensive against social media users who were sharing real-life accounts of FEMA’s neglect, basically claiming that people were lying.
MSNBC even went so far as to host FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell to give her a megaphone to claim that people criticizing FEMA are “impeding” the agency’s ability to help.
FEMA leadership is not only refusing to send help to the people that need it, but they’re claiming that anybody who dares to expose them is just a filthy liar – all to help the Democrats have a chance of winning this election.
