Trump Cancels Trip to Bedminster Over Weird Drone Incursions

Donald Trump held an impromptu press conference on Monday that was over an hour long. It was something that Americans haven’t seen a leader do since—well, since the last time Trump was in office.

During the handful of press conferences that Joe Biden did, he always had note cards to assist him. The cards instructed him on which reporters to call on and provided the answers he should give. It’s refreshing to see someone competent field a wide range of questions as Trump did.

President-Elect Trump even gave a fuller explanation of his take on the mysterious drone incursions over New Jersey.

An Ocean County sheriff’s deputy called 911 on Monday after he spotted 50 drones flying over the ocean off the Jersey Shore. The Sheriff’s Department called the New Jersey State Police, the FBI, and the Coast Guard.

After nearly a month of these drone sightings, the Biden administration refuses to give solid answers about what’s going on. The only thing they have acknowledged so far is a vague assurance that there is “no foreign involvement” when it comes to the drones. Okay. Then what are they?

One of the things that’s been odd this whole time is that the FAA has not issued any Notice to Air Marshal alerts (NOTAMs) from the air traffic control towers anywhere in New Jersey. This means that no matter what the drones are, the flights are authorized and don’t pose any threat to any commercial or private air traffic. If the drones weren’t authorized to be there, ATCs would be issuing alerts non-stop.

After we had noted this for quite a few days in a row, the FAA suddenly issued temporary flight restrictions over Bedminster and Picatinny in New Jersey on late Monday. Since the government authorized the swarms of drone flights and knows exactly what they are, this likely means that copycats are now flying unauthorized drones at night. That’s the only explanation that makes sense.

The media continues trying to whip people into a frenzy over what’s going on here. One theory holds that the federal government is searching for a nuclear weapon or a radioactive dirty bomb on US soil. That doesn’t pass the smell test.

The drones are only being spotted at night. If there was a nuke or a dirty bomb loose in the USA, I’m pretty sure they’d be looking for it during daylight hours too. Then again, no one has ever accused the Biden regime of competence. Maybe it’s time to stock up on potassium iodide, bottled water, and freeze-dried foods.

President Trump noted during his press conference that the government knows exactly what these drones are. There is nothing flying around in US airspace that the military is incapable of tracking. Advanced modern military radar systems have ground-scanning modes that most of the public doesn’t know about. The days when a plane or a drone could fly close to the ground to evade radar detection are long gone.

As Trump says, the military knows where these drones are taking off from and where they’re landing. The weird thing is that the White House is refusing to tell people what it really knows.

“Something strange is going on. For some reason they don’t want to tell the people,” said Trump.

There’s an odd moment during the press conference that happens during Trump’s response to the drone situation. He notes that the drones have been spotted over his golf course and property in Bedminster.

“I think maybe I won’t spend the weekend in Bedminster,” says Trump.

Trump looks down at the floor and then looks off-camera to a member of his staff and says, “I decided to cancel my trip.”

It looks like a totally off-the-cuff decision that he made at that moment, and he was alerting his staff to the decision. That’s probably wise, given the fact that the Biden regime has been trying to assassinate him since July.

We have yet to see any world leader get assassinated in a kamikaze drone attack, which would be virtually impossible to protect against. We likely will see that happen sometime in the next decade.

Here are President Trump’s latest remarks about the drones, and the odd moment when he cancels his trip to New Jersey:
