The US Supreme Court has finally agreed to hear a 2020 election case – and it’s a big one. An attorney from Utah named Raland Brunson has filed a lawsuit alleging that Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Mike Pence, and about 385 Members of Congress were derelict in their duty to protect the US Constitution on January 6, 2021.
This is a huge case, because it alleges that those Members of Congress basically committed treason against the American people and the government, by refusing to pause the electoral process over allegations of fraud. Part of me can’t believe that this is real and that’s finally happening. But the Justices actually voted to put the case on the Supreme Court docket.
The case is Brunson v. Alma Adams, et al. Congresswoman Alma Adams’ (D-NC) name appears on the title of the case because the 385 defendants are alphabetized. It’s now listed on the Supreme Court site as Docket No. 22-380. And just so you don’t think I’m spreading Russian disinformation; you can read Brunson’s complaint for yourself HERE.
Here’s the gist of the case. There were an unprecedented amount of fraud claims in the 2020 election, emanating from many different states. More than 100 Members of Congress – all Republicans and led by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) – asked for the electoral process to be paused. Citing precedent from a past presidential election, those patriotic legislators called for the formation of a commission to investigate the fraud claims before certifying the election.
385 Members of Congress failed to uphold their duty to defend the Constitution, by refusing to form a commission to investigate the unprecedented amounts of fraud. In essence, Brunson is arguing that those Representatives and Senators were guilty of dereliction of duty; committed treason by aiding and abetting an enemy of the United States (the fraud and election rigging); and further notes that the US Court system has long held that “fraud vitiates everything,” which means that a fraudulent election is not a legitimate election.
There is absolutely precedent for what Ted Cruz and the other lawmakers were requesting. In 1876 there were intensely disputed allegations of fraud in the Rutherford B. Hayes-Samuel Tilden presidential race. To resolve the allegations of fraud, Congress appointed a commission of five US Senators, five US Representatives, and five US Supreme Court Justices. Their task, which they carried out, was to investigate and resolve the allegations of fraud, so the actual winner of the election could be determined.
That actually happened. Democracy survived. They delayed the electoral process and didn’t certify the results until after the investigation was concluded. Tilden had 184 electoral votes when the process started, and Hayes had 165. To be declared the winner, one of them needed 185 votes for an electoral college majority. There were 20 outstanding electoral votes between the states of Florida, Oregon, Louisiana, and South Carolina.
All of those votes ended up being awarded to Hayes, due to fraud in those four states – and Hayes became President.
Congress ignored this legal precedent in 2020 and many of them simply jumped around and told us it was the “safest and most secure election ever.” That was a lie, obviously. Brunson’s lawsuit accuses every Member of Congress of treason for not defending the Constitution, because they didn’t pause the electoral process to carry out an investigation.
Great, so what’s the remedy if Brunson wins his case? Joe Biden, Mike Pence, Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, and the 385 traitors in Congress will be removed from office and barred from ever holding public office again. Sounds like a long shot, right?
But as I try to think through this and second-guess the Supreme Court, I have to wonder… why have they agreed to hear the case at all? They have three options with Brunson v. Alma Adams, et al. Hear the case and do nothing, letting the lower court ruling to dismiss the case stand. (That would be extremely weird, since they agreed to hear the case.) They can review the case and issue an opinion, which would also be strange. What would the opinion be if they didn’t dismiss it? “Fraud happened, but what can you do?!”
And the third option would be to find in favor of Brunson, which would mean Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and most of the Congress would be thrown out of office immediately. I don’t know what to think. I don’t know what the court’s going to do. But I do know that this is the first case regarding the 2020 election fraud that has made it all the way to the Supreme Court – and that’s historic.
If anyone else out there doesn’t know what to do, please pray for the outcome that we all know is right and just.
After the last two ETERNAL years, every American could do with some GOOD news for a change.

This is my thoughts actually. At most this is a dog and pony show, they listen to the case then write an opinion stating that after reviewing there’s no evidence of election fraud. Then expect everything to be ok since the Supreme Court has spoken.
This Case is ‘Not about the Supreme Court ‘Ruling’ for Election Fraud!!! So understand what is before the SC First. Understand this Case is about the ‘Constitution’ the Laws of the Land. Period. The Defendants Did not uphold their Oath they swore to Protect and serve. This is the Most Important and Biggest case EVER Before the SC Justices. The Fact that they took the case is HUGH. But the SCOTUS branch of government can save our “constitutional republic” I hope they have the”courage” to do what is right. And restore our faith in our system of government and our election integrity by full looking at the monumental amount of evidence from whistle blowers and actual mountain of film footage of massive fraud. And massive fraud at drop boxes on film, trucks dropping ballots at 3and 4 hours after polls closed and DJT ahead in all states in question. The SCOTUS has our republic in there hands. Need to read the case and Understand what is before the SC! They have the Power right in their hands to save America and restore our Constitution and Laws of the Land!! This is “NOT” A Case for them to figure out the ‘FRAUD IN THE ELECTION’. It is about Laws of the Land and those that committed Treason and violated their Oath of office! There’s a fourth option – and this is the most likely, They can hear the case and decide against Brunson thereby establishing a precedent against any future voter fraud case. The Supreme Court does not have a steel backbone. They are looking for an easy way out, and for a way to quiet down allegations of voter fraud. They have taken this case because they believe it will be the easiest one with which to characterize conservatives as unhinged lunatics. This is a false flag operation. Don’t get your hopes up

If I understand it correctly, all the Brunson brothers lawsuit requires is “four” Supreme Court Justice’s votes to make the 2020 & 2022 elections null and void. It seems to me that if/when the SCOTUS does not rule or chooses to defer by any number of ways in this case – and not hold various state legislatures accountable to their own state laws, nothing is likely to ever change, and those existing non-functioning state legislatures will continue their malfeasance. Clearly, unless conservatives take control of these legislatures with an affirming governor to sign changes into state law, non-conservative states have no incentive to change, so that status quo continues, and the republic continues to melt into Communist control. There seems also little interest in standardizing all federal elections, making federal elections a national holiday from work, eliminate all mail in votes (except for a very narrow number of situations), and mandating results to be announced within 24 hours. Perhaps, the ball could start rolling by having a a few state legislatures, even setting a precedence, by instituting the measures noted above. Yet, I agree with others, the answer lies in PRAYER.

The Supreme Court has not “agreed to hear” the Brunson case.
History: Mr. Brunson filed his case in Utah. It was moved to federal court in Utah. He amended his pleadings several times. The other side filed a motion to dismiss the case on several grounds. The court granted the motion to dismiss, and Mr. Brunson appealed to the 10th Circuit Court of appeals, which agreed that the case was properly dismissed. Mr. Brunson then appealed to the United States Supreme Court. That justices will decide in January whether to hear the case. Only about 1% of cases FILED in the Supreme Court are voted through to be heard.
IF the Supreme Court decides to hear Mr. Brunson’s case, they will only rule on whether the lower courts were correct in dismissing the case based on his pleadings. Even if Mr. Brunson were to be heard and win in the Supreme Court, his remedy will be to go back to the lower court and proceed with his case (present evidence, etc.).
All of this is public record I am a retired attorney and I have read Mr. Brunson’s pleadings and the court record, which I found quickly with a simple internet search. God is mighty and can do great things in ways other than this lawsuit.

Yes. It is “cert. denied” by Supreme Court order of January 9, 2023, along with hundreds of other cases. This is the result of MOST appeals to the Supreme Court. The court will not hear the case. The lower court’s decision dismissing Brunson’s case stands. His case is dismissed. A citizen simply can’t remove the President and all of Congress by filing a lawsuit alleging (he never brought any evidence) they broke their oaths.
