In the final days of a disastrous Joe Biden presidency, his staffers KNEW that as soon as Donald Trump got into the White House he was going to take a wrecking ball to the Democrat agenda. So what did they do?
They pulled off one final heist – stealing $20 billion from the American taxpayers.
An undercover video posted by Project Veritas captured one of Biden’s top Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) advisors bragging about how they spent the final days of Biden’s presidency figuring out how they could pocket as much cash as humanly possible.
The advisor, Brent Efron, said in the video from December, “Now it’s how to get the money out as fast as possible before they [the Trump Administration] come in … It truly feels like we’re on the Titanic or throwing gold bar off the top edge.”
In 2022 the Biden administration successfully passed the inflation Reduction Act (IRA) – which has nothing to do with reducing inflation and everything to do “climate change.”
The IRA, which Efron referred to as “Biden’s climate law” made more than $100 billion available for various radical environmental projects.
Efron detailed how the EPA rushed to spend all of this money before Trump took office… to act as “an insurance policy” against Trump.
“We gave them [nonprofits, states, tribes] the money because… it was an insurance policy against Trump winning. Because they aren’t [a government agency], they’re safer from Republicans taking the money away,” he said.

Their plan was to scatter the money around in places where it could benefit them most. Efron even talked about getting a job with one of the places that he helped get billions of dollars…
But President Trump’s EPA Director, Lee Zeldin, said that he and his team have FOUND this money – and they’re going to get it back.
“Fortunately, my awesome team at the EPA has found the ‘gold bars.’ Shockingly, roughly $20 billion of your tax dollars were parked at an outside financial institution by the Biden EPA. This scheme was the first of its kind in EPA history and it was purposely designed to obligate all of the money in a rush job with reduced oversight,” Zeldin said.
According to Zeldin, this $20 billion was spread amongst just 8 entities who were then expected to give out the money to NGOs and other left-wing climate causes with even LESS transparency than our government.
“Just under $7 billion was sent to one entity called the Climate United Fund,” Zeldin said.
In a press release Climate United Fund had called this a “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity and that couldn’t be more true because it’s not every day that you get $7 billion in one shot from an insanely corrupt government.
Climate United not only to spend these funds “transforming the economy” but they also promised to do so in an “equitable” manner – deploying “at least 60 percent of funds in low-income and disadvantaged communities.”
Biden’s EPA gave $7 billion to a bunch of radical Marxists… and that’s just one entity. It’s safe to assume the rest of the money went to like-minded radicals.
After discovering this, Zeldin said, “The financial agent agreement with the bank needs to be instantly terminated and the bank must immediately return all the gold bars that the Biden Administration tossed off the Titanic. EPA needs to assume responsibility of all these funds. We will review every penny that has gone out the door. I will referring this matter to the inspector general’s office and will work with the Justice Department as well.”
