The Democrat Party in Wisconsin has been taking a beating in the courts over the past few months. It’s a good thing some entity is whooping on them. The Wisconsin GOP certainly isn’t. In a stunning ruling this week, a Wisconsin judge ruled that absentee ballot curing is in fact illegal under the state’s laws.
It’s too bad that a court couldn’t have figured that out before the 2020 election, when Donald Trump supposedly “lost” by 20,682 votes to a drooling dementia patient who hid in his basement for the entire presidential campaign. And while this is a good step in the right direction, Wisconsinites might want to ask their GOP representatives in the state legislature why they’re not fighting harder to ban absentee mail-in ballots altogether.
Earlier this week, the Republican National Committee (RNC) announced that it was suing the state of Pennsylvania for illegal ballot curing. Most states in 2020 switched to the practice of universal mail-in ballots in that year’s election. Mail-in ballots are so ridiculous that they’re banned in France, because they’re obviously just a fraud mechanism for one (Democrat) political party.
Mail-in ballots in many states are as confusing as a piece of IKEA furniture in which the assembly instruction manual was written and badly translated in China.

When a voter messes up their mail-in ballot because of the often deliberately confusing instructions, election workers then step in to “cure” it in Democrat-run states. Ballot curing is a process in which an elections employee contacts (or does not contact) a voter when there is a problem with their ballot, and fills it in “correctly” for them, usually with a Democrat being voted for instead of a Republican. Because how could a ballot be “correct” if it’s marked for a Republican, right?
In Wisconsin, election workers in 2020 were “curing” witness certification envelopes that were supposed to accompany every absentee/mail-in ballot. They did this at the behest of the Wisconsin Secretary of State, under the 2020 COVID emergency provision known as “just make up whatever rules you want on the fly, as long as it helps Democrats to cheat and steal the election from Trump.”
Waukesha County Circuit Judge Michael Aprahamian ruled this week that, nope, ballot curing is totally illegal in Wisconsin and imposed an immediately block on the practice. Elections clerks in Wisconsin are no longer allowed to cure any ballots pending an appeal to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. The good news about this is that the Wisconsin Supreme Court has a conservative majority.
Earlier this summer, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that ballot drop boxes are illegal under state law. From now on, ballot drop boxes have to be located in elections offices and can only be used during hours when the office is open for business, such as 9 to 5. Drop boxes can no longer be stuffed full of Democrat Party ballots at 3:00 in the morning, as detailed in the documentary film “2,000 Mules.”
The lower court ruling has already been appealed to the Supreme Court in Wisconsin, and it’s likely that the court will take up the case. And rule exactly as the lower court did.
There’s nothing in Wisconsin state law that allows elections workers to fill out envelopes, ballots or any other materials on behalf of another person. Either fill in your own ballot or you don’t get to vote. Period.
Democrats are now claiming, solely on the basis of the fact that they’re getting their butts handed to them by the courts, that Republicans are trying to “sow confusion” among the voters with about eight weeks to go before the midterm elections. Right… because having uniform standards and fewer rules is more confusing for the voters.
At this point, I have nothing but praise for the court system in Wisconsin. They’re getting the job done that Republican leaders in the state are too cowardly to accomplish for the people. Wisconsin GOP leaders’ response to ballot curing and drop boxes has been weak, effeminate and flaccid. They haven’t accomplished a SINGLE THING since the 2020 election fiasco. At least the based court judges are getting something done.

IMHO there was a lot of pressure on the courts to deny ANY court action concerning the election. When the Supreme Court decides that President Trump does not have standing to file, that says it all for me.

What the Supreme court decided was not only outside of the rule of common sense, it was infinitely cowardly! A lack of standing means that only certain parties can be affected by any given case review and that not enough parties would be affected by the Supreme Court review no matter what it showed! THAT, my friend is the biggest bunch of bull shit I have ever heard in my life! The election was NATIONAL, not regional or local. EVERY SINGLE VOTER in the U.S. was potentially affected by a review of the evidence. The ONLY reason the cases were not reviewed is because the evidence is so overwhelming it would have opened a can of government worms the like of which the world has never seen. Absolute cowards……

Agree. Ballots ready in several states, waiting to see how many would be needed to get a fraud Biden win by “enkugh” but not a questionable landslide. I believe Trump won by a landslide if there’d been no fraud turning it.
Someone also said Supreme Court didn’t want to gear about fraud. Well the vote was only ONE VOTE SHY of hearing the case; they wanted it presented in a certain way to go with it. There is a mountain of evidence to overturn the election. Our Founding Fathers NEVER intended an ILLEGAL, FRAUD election should stand. Also there was much less fraud found in the Nixon/JFK race, but it was enough for government officials to tell Nixon about it and that they were going to remove JFK/LBJ from office. Unfortunately Nixon told them not to as could hurt citizens belief in elections. That was a big mistake. If you don’t punish abusers, they escalate, which the Dems have. Nixon also said to keep result secret, which was do N e until recent years.

So what??? There will be no consequences for anyone behind this ruling. There have been other rulings pointing to election fraud but no meaningful in depth investigations of nationwide voter fraud nor significant consequences for the instances that have surfaced.
I love the near monosyllabic responses of demverts, as if their vocabulary has been strained beyond the ability of whatever existent neurons combat the spirochetes using said neurons as culture media (the way some drug addicts use blood to get high).
PS: The courts should rule against early voting, too. It would make it much more difficult to adjust the algorithms if everyone had to vote on E-day.
