A federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama is now threatening President Donald Trump with “consequences” if he doesn’t do EXACTLY what he says.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has been in headlines lately after he demanded the return of more than 250 gang-banging illegal aliens deported to El Salvador last weekend. Judge Boasberg went so far as to order whatever planes were already in the air to be turned around.
Boasberg specifically sought to prevent the Trump Administration from using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport illegals who pose a threat to this country’s national security.
Luckily, the pilots did not get the message before they landed so the 250 violent gang members, mostly from Tren de Aragua, were locked away in a maximum-security prison in El Salvador and the Trump administration did not have to follow this RIDICULOUS ruling.
The Trump administration immediately appealed the ruling, saying that the administration’s actions were not subject to Judge Boasberg’s order “because the presidential actions they challenge are not subject to judicial review,” and stating that their actions did not violate the order in any way because “the relevant flights left U.S. airspace” before the order and the planes were over international waters when it was issued.
This activist judge, was apparently not pleased with that, and demanded more details on the deportation flights, telling the Trump administration that they could face “consequences” for what they’ve done.
Judge Boasberg argued that this information is necessary for him “to determine if the Government deliberately flouted its Orders issued on March 15, 2025, and, if so, what the consequences should be…”
Now you might be wondering, ‘why is a federal judge THREATENING the sitting president of the United States for… making America safer?’ and the answer is simple.
Judge Boasberg is not a real judge, he is an activist.
When Boasberg accepted this case he failed to reveal that his daughter, Katharine Boasberg, works for a group named “Partners for Justice.” This group is a pro-illegal immigration NGO which is mainly funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) – the very federal agency which the Trump Admin has exposed as a corrupt entity strife with wasteful spending and tax-payer abuse.
Partners for Justice opposes deportations and defends criminal illegal aliens – INCLUDING gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua and MS-13 – the kind of people that Judge Boasberg is explicitly trying to keep in America.
But it gets worse.
Judge Boasberg was also HEAVILY involved in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.
Boasberg served on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) when the FBI used incredibly flawed FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.
In 2019, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz found huge flaws with the FBI’s Russia collusion investigation, citing AT LEAST 17 “significant errors and omissions” related to the FISA warrants.
Judge Boasberg was one of the judges who approved those warrants and THEN he was promoted to be the HEAD of the FISA court system in January 2020.
President Trump posted on Truth Social, “This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President… This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!!”
Mere hours later, the supposedly “conservative” Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts criticized Trump for saying this.
“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” Roberts said in a rare statement. “The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”
Except… it was ROBERTS who appointed Boasberg to LEAD the FISA court in the first place!
