The 2024 election is quickly shaping up to be one of the least secure elections in American history and – surprise surprise – the Democrats are behind it!
In the critical battleground state of Wisconsin, a far-left activist judge based out of Madison has delivered a MASSIVE blow to election integrity.
Dane County Circuit Court Judge Ryan Nilsestuen, who previously served as Democrat Gov. Tony Evers’ lead attorney (shocker), sided with the leftist League of Women Voters of Wisconsin to dish out a ruling that would allow local election officials to correct or “cure” absentee ballots with missing or incorrect information.
Basically it will allow for extremely liberal local officials in places like Madison to alter information on absentee ballots as they see fit in order to “cure” them.
It’s not hard to understand how this open the door for SERIOUS fraud, giving leftists the chance to flip Republican votes and create more Democrat ones.
This ruling clashes with another made by the conservative Waukesha County Circuit Court back in 2022 which determined that Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) guidance allowing for the “curing” of absentee ballot envelopes defied state election law.
At the time of that ruling, Judge Michael J. Aprahamian PROHIBITED WEC “from providing any advice or guidance that municipal clerks or other local election officials have the duty or ability to modify or add information to absentee ballot certifications.”
Nilsestuen’s dangerous ruling hides behind an argument made by the League of Women Voters which claims that rejecting absentee ballots for “trivial errors” runs afoul of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
“[T]he Witness Address Requirement is not material to whether a voter is qualified. … As such, rejecting ballots for trivial mistakes in the Witness Address requirement directly violates the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964,” Nilsestuen wrote.
That’s an extremely weak argument AT BEST but it really doesn’t matter for the modern day Democratic party that has become so reliant on their ability to rig elections that they’re happy to have their extremely biased judges make embarrassing – and completely destructive – rulings like this one.
Back in the 2020 presidential election, Wisconsin VERY NARROWLY went in Joe Biden’s favor though it was anything but legitimate.
Many of the ballots were missing signatures, left off critical information, and had other serious errors – the kind of things which the activist judge just ruled were “trivial.”
Left-wing cities like Madison were used for massive ballot-harvesting operations and the WEC violated state law by allowing the widespread use of absentee ballot drop boxes.
Biden was declared the victor in Wisconsin by roughly 20,000 votes out of more than 3.2 million cast – how many of those were secretly “cured?” Chances are, A LOT.
Back in 2021, a Democrat Party operative who worked closely with local elections officials in Wisconsin’s five largest and Democrat-heavy cities had emails leaked which showed him offering to help Green Bay election officials with “curing” absentee ballots.
It’s this time of BLATANT election fraud that the activist judge and other Wisconsin Democrats are desperately looking to preserve.
Take this all the way to the US Supreme Court. Election integrity must be preserved and protected. The American People have the right to vote for the candidate of their choice and nobody has the right to change anybody’s vote no matter what this liberal judge rules.

I live in Wisconsin and I hope this gets challenged and brought to a higher court, ballots should be untouched by government officials because it gives them the ability to selectively decide what the out come will be.
What I don’t understand is why the Democrats are condoning what is happening. This doesn’t just effect the Republicans, it effects everybody.
