Okay, this might actually be funnier than the whole Lisa Page-Peter Strzok love affair during the Russia collusion hoax. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is being sued by one of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia RICO case. She’s been accused of doling out huge amounts of taxpayer cash to a special prosecutor named Nathan Wade, a married man who is a private attorney.
Wade is the special prosecutor appointed by Fani Willis to prosecute Trump and the other 18 co-defendants. Wade is also, according to the court filing, Fani Willis’s lover, and they have been livin’ large like Oprah with the money that Fulton County is spending prosecute Trump.
The defense team of Trump co-defendant Mike Roman dropped the bombshell filing in court on Monday. Roman has rejected the offer of a plea deal from prosecutor Nathan Wade and has instead dropped all the dirty laundry out on the floor for the world to see. Roman’s defense team is asking for all charges against him to be dismissed, and for the lovebirds Fani Willis and Nathan Wade, plus the rest of the DA’s office, to be disqualified from further prosecution of this case.

Willis’s office has paid Nathan Wade close to $1 million to pursue and prosecute the case against Donald Trump and his co-defendants. The court filing states that Willis and Wade were actually in a sexual relationship prior to Willis selecting Wade for the special prosecutor job. Which means she showed personal favoritism toward Wade.
After those big bucks started rolling in for Wade, he started taking his lover Fani Willis on lavish trips. They went on a trip together to wine country in Napa Valley, California. They took another trip to Florida. Wade also paid for tickets for them to take cruises in the Caribbean, on both Royal Caribbean and Norwegian cruise lines. The filing also alleges that Wade spent some of the money to rent an apartment, where he and Willis co-habited at least part time.
Did we mention that Wade is married? Wade divorced his wife, or vice-versa, while this illicit sexual affair with Fani Willis was ongoing, and the details of this relationship are likely in Wade’s divorce papers.
Roman’s defense team also notes that Nathan Wade is unqualified to prosecute a case of this nature. Wade has never tried a RICO case before, let alone a RICO case of national importance involving a former President of the United States. That adds fuel to the speculation that Wade was only selected for the special prosecutor job because he was sleeping with Fani Willis.
The State of Georgia and the Fulton County DA’s office have other attorneys who have tried RICO cases in the past. But Fani Willis passed over those people to give this million-dollar job to the married man she was having an affair with.
“The special prosecutor,” the filing notes, “based on his lack of experience in this type of felony, would not be qualified under Fulton County’s standards to be appointed to represent any defendant in this case given the complexity of the charges. If the special prosecutor is not qualified to defend this case under Fulton County’s standards, then how is he qualified to prosecute the case? Is that why the District Attorney [Fani Willis] did not seek approval for his appointment?”

Despite his inexperience, Wade had some help in bringing this case against Donald Trump and his co-defendants.
Following this bombshell filing from Mike Roman’s team, the crowdsourcing sleuths on Twitter suddenly started taking a closer look at this Nathan Wade guy. Wade’s billing records to Fulton County are public record. He billed the county for meetings with the White House Counsel on May 23 and November 18, 2022—before he indicted Trump on the RICO charges. Wade billed Fulton County $2,000 apiece for those meetings with the White House counsel.
Wade specifically billed the county for those meetings as part of his duties as the special counsel, so it’s not as if he traveled to DC for some other reason. The whole thing was coordinated by the Biden White House, to stop Joe Biden’s main political opponent. It’s going to be hilarious if this entire case gets derailed because Fani Willis couldn’t keep it in her pants.
