While most of the radical left-wing judges in America are busy trying to kneecap President Donald Trump’s second term, at least one of them is spending their time trying to ensure that Democrats can still rig elections for years to come!
US District Judge Amy Totenberg – appointed by none other than President Barack Hussein Obama himself – just ruled against a no-brainer attempt to make America’s elections safer and less prone to fraud.
With the waving of her hand, Judge Totenberg dismissed a case that has been going on for almost 8 years now that aimed to move a very critical state to hand-marked paper ballots.
The case, Curling v. Raffensperger, would affect Georgia and it was initiated in 2017. It sought to replace the electronic voting system currently being used by many states, citing risks regarding the security and accuracy of the Ballot Marking Device (BMD) system.
Remember that in the past several years, Georgia has been one of the most absolutely controversial states when it comes to elections, with many feeling like the Democrats have been using rampant fraud throughout the state to seize control of the longtime GOP stronghold.
So it’s no surprise that the Obama judge decided to keep things EXACTLY the way they are.
Judge Totenberg found the plaintiffs “lacked legal standing” to support their request – even though she herself acknowledged significant concerns about the electronic voting system’s administration and security!
“Plaintiffs lack standing to pursue their claims because neither of these asserted injuries constitute an invasion of a legally protected interest under governing precedent,” Judge Totenberg said.
The existing system relies on a QR code to tally the votes and voters are not allowed to actually verify that the system accurately recorded their votes. This means, for example, someone could Republican down-ballot and the machine could change it to all Democrats – and voters simply have no way of knowing.
And the plaintiffs in the case showed just how easy it was for bad actors (like the Democratic party) to manipulate these machines in their favor.
Dr. J. Alex Halderman, a computer science expert, provided testimony during the trial demonstrating how the system could be exploited, including altering QR codes to change voter selections and accessing the system via simple physical manipulation.
But despite all of this evidence pointing to legitimate concerns, the radical Obama judge apparently wants to keep this mightily flawed system in place…I wonder why…
The Democrats would NEVER dare exploit vulnerabilities in our election process would they?!
Let’s keep in mind here we’re talking about a group of people who ALSO are suing President Trump over an executive order which prevents illegal aliens from voting in elections.
The Democrats are CLEARLY doing everything they can to protect every last bit of fraud in our electoral process and this rogue judge is just another part of that.
All of this really just means that if we do ACTUALLY clean up our elections then the Democratic party doesn’t stand a CHANCE and they know it.
