Our hearts go out to all the families who had their homes destroyed by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires that are 100% the fault of Governor Gavin Newsom (D) and Mayor Karen Bass (D).
On the other hand, we should feel a sense of relief. It was inevitable that these fires were going to happen. We needed a catastrophe like this to pull people back to reality. Running a complex civilization requires smart and competent people. We have far too many people running things who are neither of those.
Donald Trump was warning that fires like this would be happening in California as far back as 2018. Governor Newsom, the Democrat Party’s “hair apparent” for the 2028 presidential nomination, has mismanaged reality (the state’s forests, brush, and energy infrastructure) in favor of fake nonsense. Global warming, pronouns, and racial “equity” in America in 2025 are obviously fake concerns that don’t matter in the slightest if the fire hydrants don’t have any water in them.
The voters in Los Angeles had the chance to elect a competent guy who was going to prioritize firefighting, fire mitigation, and real problems in the 2022 midterm elections. Instead, they elected this person, who appears to be retarded:
'Do you owe citizens an apology for being absent whilst their homes were burning? Do you regret cutting the fire department's budget?

I never thought I’d say this, but I guess we dodged a bullet when Joe Biden picked Kamala Harris to be his vice president. Karen Bass, who is now the mayor of Los Angeles, was one of the people on Biden’s shortlist for VP.
Karen Bass cut almost $17 million from the Los Angeles Fire Department’s budget this year. She claimed during a press conference that this is irrelevant. (Bass does seem to have the ability to speak, despite that earlier video.) Yet Mayor Bass had plenty of room in the city budget for what the Pope refers to as “faggotry.”
L.A.’s 2024-2025 budget spent $100,000 on a “Midnight Stroll Transgender Café”—whatever the hell that is. Another $100,000 went to the NAACP’s annual awards show. $8,670 was spent on something called the “International Gay and Lesbian Archives.” The city spent $13,000 on the “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Heritage Month Programs” and $14,000 on the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles.
Los Angeles spent more than $52,000 taxpayer dollars on African American History Month, American Indian Heritage Month, Latino Heritage Month, and Asian American History Month. Another $170,000 went to “Social Justice Art-Worker Investments.”
How much would it cost to test the water pressure in the fire hydrant system in Pacific Palisades? Asking for several thousand friends.
When you have stupid and incompetent people running things, they focus on fake things while the important things—reality things—go by the wayside due to neglect. This is the result. It doesn’t get much more real than water in fire hydrants.
Bass also spent more than $440,000 on the salary of this blob to serve as the city’s deputy fire chief:

If only fires were made of Twinkies!
Notice how nothing is ever their fault with these DEI A-holes. Never mind the fact that she is incapable of carrying out the most basic and important function of a firefighter’s job. It’s kind of your fault if you get stuck in a fire, whitey!
It’s no different than Gavin Newsom blaming “climate change” for all these fires that were obviously set by arsonists. On Thursday, as the smoke plumes from Los Angeles had spread halfway to Hawaii by the Santa Ana winds, actor Henry “The Fonz” Winkler tweeted that arsonists had been starting the fires that surrounded the city.
Karen Bass had the Twinkie brigade at the fire department announce that this was a conspiracy theory. There were no arsonists!
Meanwhile, a group of good-hearted citizens tackled one of Vivek Ramaswamy’s H-1B cousins who was trying to light things on fire in their neighborhood with a flamethrower. According to KTLA, the citizens tied him up with zip ties and a rope until the police arrived to pick him up.
There’s also a 911 call about an entire team of guys wearing ski masks who set the fire that broke out in Studio City on Wednesday night:

The nice thing about this is that none of the blame-shifting games that politicians like to try to play are going to work this time. No one believes the lies. It’s not the fault of “global warming” that there was no water in the fire hydrants in Pacific Palisades. That’s Gavin Newsom’s fault. And now he’s never going to be president because of these fires.
