One of biggest TRAITORS in our government was just forced to resign after President Donald Trump’s administration discovered what he was really doing.
James Dennehy, the now-former head of the FBI’s New York field office, was forced to resign after Attorney General Pam Bondi discovered that he was responsible for hiding THOUSANDS of documents from the DOJ which were related to child sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
“Late Friday, I was informed that I needed to put my retirement papers in today, which I just did,” Dennehy wrote in an parting email, refusing to give a reason for the decision.
Last week, Bondi and the Trump administration caught flak from basically everyone after an incredibly disappointing “Phase One” release of the Epstein files which saw them hand out heavily redacted version of documents which were already public.
As it turns out, this failed release happened because of Dennehy and the rest of his rogue New York branch of the FBI.
Bondi told Fox News’ Mark Levin that both she and the new FBI director Kash Patel had been LIED TO by the New York office.
“I was assured 120 pages was all there was,” she told Levin. “I kept saying, ‘There has to be more.’ Kash Patel asked the same thing and got the same line. Then a whistleblower tipped me off — SDNY was sitting on thousands of pages.”
Dennehy gave the order to withhold these thousands of pages from the Trump DOJ and considering his past comments, nobody should be shocked.
Just a month prior, this traitor was urging his employees to “dig in” at the FBI in order to “resist” the Trump administration.
After Trump’s DOJ demanded a list of FBI employees who had worked on the J6 criminal cases against Trump supporters, Dennehy wrote an email to his staff urging them to fight back.
“Today, we find ourselves in the middle of a battle of our own as good people are being walked out of the FBI,” Dennehy wrote. “And others are being targeted because they did their jobs in accordance with the law and FBI policy.”
“Time for me to dig in,” Dennehy added.
But allowing Dennehy to simply resign and still keep all of his cushy tax-payer funded retirement benefits after he BLATATNLY used his position to subvert the will of the American people is WAY too generous.
You have to imagine that our government is filled with MANY more anti-American scum like Dennehy – what kind of a message is the Trump admin sending them when they catch them committing TREASON and their punishment is… retirement?
I’m not sure that’s going to prevent us from having to deal with more Dennehys in the future…
We need REAL accountability.
