American Liberty Report exists because the press the Founders had in mind no longer exists.
What passes for "the news" today is, for the most part, a coordinated communications arm of one half of the political spectrum — and an increasingly hostile one at that. Stories get buried. Facts get framed. Words get redefined overnight. Half of America has watched, in real time, as its values, its faith, its history, and its institutions get caricatured by the same handful of outlets that own most of what people read.
We started American Liberty Report to fill the gap. Honest reporting. Sharp analysis. Conservative principles defended on the merits, not apologized for.
Why We're Here
Three things were true when the country was founded, and they're still true now:
- Power, left alone, expands. The Founders built a Constitution full of brakes for a reason. Every generation has to find the brakes again.
- Individual liberty is the default. The government works for the people, not the other way around. When that gets inverted, free societies don't last long.
- The American experiment is worth defending. Not perfect, not finished — but the most successful framework for human freedom and prosperity ever attempted, and worth a fight.
American Liberty Report covers the people, the policies, and the institutions that are either advancing that project or actively trying to dismantle it. We don't pretend to be neutral about which is which.
What We Cover
- National politics — the White House, Congress, the courts, and the states. Who's voting for what, who's funding what, and what it means for ordinary Americans.
- Constitutional rights — the First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments are under continuous pressure. We track every meaningful case and bill.
- Free speech and the censorship industry — the apparatus of platforms, NGOs, and federal agencies that have made it their job to decide what Americans are allowed to see and say.
- Economic policy — taxes, regulation, energy, inflation, and the agencies that quietly shape the cost of every dollar you earn.
- Faith, family, and tradition — the cultural institutions the country was built on, and the people working to preserve them.
- The border, crime, and public safety — covered honestly, without the euphemisms the legacy press has spent a decade workshopping.
What We Believe
1. The Constitution is the contract. Not a "living document" subject to mood swings — a binding constraint on government power. Departures from it should require amendment, not reinterpretation.
2. Limited government is the default, not an extreme position. Every new program, agency, and mandate has a cost — measured in liberty as well as dollars. The burden of proof is on the people proposing more government, not the people resisting it.
3. Free citizens make their own decisions. About their kids, their healthcare, their work, their speech, and what they keep in their own homes. The state's discomfort with those decisions is not a reason to override them.
4. American sovereignty is not negotiable. Secure borders, a serious military, energy independence, and a foreign policy that puts Americans first.
5. Truth matters. We name sources, link to primary documents, and correct mistakes. We will never bury a story because it's inconvenient to a political tribe — including the one we generally agree with.
Who We're For
We write for the millions of Americans who can read between the lines of a New York Times headline. The parents who actually read the school board agenda. The small-business owners who pay attention to what comes out of the SEC and the IRS. The grandparents who remember what the country used to feel like. The young people figuring out, often for the first time, that there's another way to see the world.
You don't have to agree with us on every detail. We're a publication, not a movement. But if you believe the country is worth defending — and that an informed citizenry is the first line of defense — you're in the right place.
How We Work
American Liberty Report is a publication of LOP Solutions, LLC, an independent media company based in Orlando, Florida. We are not owned by, controlled by, or aligned with any political party, PAC, or candidate. We're independently funded and accountable only to our readers.
Our newsroom combines original reporting, curated analysis from trusted writers, and clearly labeled opinion commentary. Opinion pieces represent the views of their authors and not necessarily the publication. Corrections, when we make them, are visible — not memory-holed.
