The Current FBI Director Just Confirmed the FBI Lied to Spy on Trump — Conspiracy Theorists 47, Mainstream Media 0

FBI Director Kash Patel is now publicly stating — out loud, on the record, with his whole chest — that the FBI lied to obtain the warrants used to illegally spy on Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. Not "may have misled." Not "there were procedural irregularities." Lied. The head of the FBI is telling you his predecessors committed fraud on the FISA court.

We were right. Again. I'm starting to lose count.

Patel sat down with Sean Hannity on "Hang Out with Sean Hannity" and laid it all out, as reported by Breitbart. And when the current FBI Director starts talking like this, you listen — because he's not speculating from the outside anymore. He's seen the files.

"It took me two years of my life to prove the following: that a political party in the United States of America, in the 21st century, would go overseas..." Patel said, describing the origins of the entire RussiaGate hoax — the bogus Steele dossier, the manufactured intelligence, the whole rotten operation that weaponized the federal government against a presidential candidate.

But here's the part that should make every American furious, regardless of party. Patel confirmed that "the FISA court themselves came back and said these warrants were illegal, that the FBI did not provide evidence of exculpatory evidence and innocence." The court itself said the warrants were garbage. The FBI hid exculpatory evidence — evidence that would have shown Trump's people were innocent — and rammed through surveillance warrants anyway.

This wasn't a mistake. This wasn't sloppy paperwork. This was deliberate fraud on a federal court to spy on an American presidential campaign.

And who was running the show? Former FBI Director Chris Wray and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein — the same "faithful career public servants" the media spent years defending as guardians of democracy. Some guardians.

Patel also revealed something that should terrify every bureaucrat who thought they'd gotten away with it. "I knew walking in the door the following: These individuals... are so arrogant that they write the stuff down themselves to memorialize how great they are," he said. They were so convinced they were untouchable that they created their own paper trail.

"That's how we caught them in RussiaGate. It wasn't my documents. It was their emails."

Let that sink in. The people who tried to frame a president were brought down by their own arrogance. They wrote it all down because they never thought anyone would actually look.

Patel spent two years investigating, then four years out of office while the previous administration tried to bury everything. Now he's back as FBI Director, he's got Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act on a 45-day renewal leash, and he's naming names. He noted that he and ten congressional staffers were themselves targeted during the investigation — the very people trying to uncover the truth had the surveillance apparatus turned on them.

This is the biggest political scandal in modern American history. A sitting administration used fabricated intelligence to obtain illegal warrants to spy on the opposing party's presidential campaign. The FISA court confirmed the warrants were illegal. The current FBI Director is saying it on national television.

And we were called conspiracy theorists for saying exactly this — for years.

Conspiracy theorists 47, mainstream media zero. The scoreboard doesn't lie, even if the old FBI did.
